Move the number to the API. The line cannot stay active in the normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business phone app at the same time — Meta will switch it to automated messaging.
Copy your Phone number ID. In Meta go to WhatsApp Manager, select your number, then open API / developer settings. Copy the long Phone number ID (numbers only). If you cannot find it, contact Yonderly support — we can help on a quick call.
Paste below and click Link. Your customers keep messaging the same number on your website — they never see these IDs.
Troubleshooting
Do not use Meta’s +1 555 test number for real customers.
If linking fails, try adding the WABA ID from the same Meta page.
Make sure your Yonderly business profile is saved before linking.
