Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, subscribing, or using Yonderly at yonderly.online, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Yonderly is a software service that uses AI to help your business respond to customer emails and WhatsApp messages based on a business profile you provide. We strive for reliable, helpful replies but AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for reviewing messages sent on your behalf and for your customer relationships.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You must provide accurate account and business information.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid features require an active subscription billed through PayPal at the price shown on our website at the time you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel through PayPal or your PayPal account settings.
• We may change pricing for new subscribers with notice on the website. Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes apply to renewals where required by law.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Yonderly for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or spam activity.
• Send misleading, harmful, or unauthorized messages to customers.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access other users’ data.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service without permission.
• Connect channels or content you do not have the right to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of your business profile, customer messages, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the service (including generating replies and maintaining logs). You confirm you have the rights needed for us to process customer communications on your behalf.

7. Third-party platforms

Gmail, WhatsApp, PayPal, and other integrations are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those platforms. Disconnecting a channel stops related automation.

8. Disclaimer

Yonderly is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted error-free operation. AI-generated replies are not professional, legal, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yonderly and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using Yonderly at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting connected channels. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the service. Sections that by nature should survive (payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Yonderly operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
